Nutrition Services: Try-It Thursday
Nutrition Services has started “Try-It Thursdays” – where students can sample new or less common fruits and vegetables at lunch. Students have the opportunity to explore how and where these foods are grown and the health benefits they provide. They may even find a new favorite to introduce to their families!

Thursday – Group 1 & Friday – Group 2
School will start at 7:55 and end at 2:55. Doors will open at 7:40 for students to enter the building. Every Wednesday will be a late start of 10:10. Students in Group 1 will attend on Thursday and Group 2 on Friday. If your child plans to eat breakfast they will go directly into the cafeteria, otherwise students will enter through their teacher’s assigned door. Due to this year’s unusual circumstances families will drop their child off outside of their teacher’s door without entering the building. Hybrid Attendance – Participation from Home
Parents and students are able to go into Infinite Campus and mark their child’s attendance/participation while they are at home learning in the hybrid model. If a parent or child doesn’t mark their participation, SE staff are able to go back in and mark the attendance based on the child’s evidence of learning or completed work from the at home day. This is a new way to collect attendance while student’s are away, so we are here to help if your child’s attendance doesn’t get marked. Hybrid Learning Model
The final Hybrid Learning model schedule for the 2020-2021 school year has been selected. See the attached schedule, which is the Set 2-Day Schedule with Alternating Wednesdays.
The survey results were:
Model 1 (Alternating Days): 35.15%
Model 2 (Set 2-Day Schedule with Alternating Wednesdays): 64.85%

Come Visit the Summer Bookmobile
Come visit the Bookmobile this summer in the Southeast Elementary parking lot.
New days/times are Wednesday 5-6 pm and Thursday from 12-1 pm.
